Martin was really helpful. He explained what he was going to do and why, basically my laptop has too small RAM so he added some and has given me a quote to install a new SSD as opposed to buying a new laptop. He also uninstalled apps that didn't need to be there, something I knew had to be done but didn't know which was which. I found him to be patient and understanding of the fact that I'm not too savvy with Tech lingo.

HUGE shout-out to Martin O’Connor. I messaged him today as my laptop died and he has a good one for sale. After hearing what my laptop was doing, he made a suggestion which fixed my laptop, meaning he was out of a sale and out of pocket, but saved me a whole lot on a very, very cheap and simple repair. Who does that? I honestly can’t recommend this guy enough. Not many people nowadays give free advice and are so willing to help, knowing that they will get nothing in return (except a great reputation of course!) Thank you so much Martin!
