I am Martin O'Connor, a qualified IT professional based in Martinborough. I cover the entire South Wairarapa region, providing to my clients a high quality but affordable computer installation/setup, repair and maintenance service.
Many problems can be dealt with quite quickly either in your home or my premises – whichever you prefer. However, more serious, time consuming issues are best attended to on my premises where I have access to a greater range of diagnostic tools and solutions. Depending upon the problem, I can sometimes fix it remotely by hooking up your computer to mine via the internet.
Whether you bring your computer to me, or I visit you for an on-site inspection, I will provide my recommended solution and price quotation. I do not charge for my quotations which are entirely free of obligation.
Depending upon the problem, I may propose an hourly fee for my work, or I may quote a lump sum fee for the job. Whichever way I quote, there will be no unexpected surprises. I will honour any and all quotations provided to you, my client.
In addition, if I cannot fix your problem, there will be no charge.
My standard business hours are from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday and from 9:00 am until 12:30 pm on Saturday. For urgent calls-out, outside of these hours, an emergency attendance fee of $120 will be applied. This fee is payable in addition to the actual repair etc. fees.
